Komatsu Apprentice Programme 2022
Komatsu are preparing to recruit for their Apprentice Programme 2022 and are inviting students to register their interest so they can let you know when applications open.
Komatsu’s apprentice scheme is rated one of the best. The first 3 weeks of the apprentice’s time with Komatsu is based in Brisbane Australia where they get immersed in the Apprenticeship Development Scheme (ADS) before returning to their branch in NZ. Each apprentice is assigned a mentor in NZ as well as having an overall scheme mentor based from Australia. The apprenticeship is run through MITO who also assign programme facilitators who are in constant contact with the apprentice. The whole system is set up to succeed.
